Hip, Hot & Happening in the Bookshop

So I told you all earlier this week that we have restocked our Melissa & Doug items.  Well, they came in and I am so excited about it that I have to tell you more…

Soft Toys:

We have the softest, cutest little creatures – a bear, lamb or duck.  They will be a child’s favorite toy to sleep and cuddle with, perfect for a shower gift.

Wooden Food:

Melissa & Doug makes the most amazing play food. They are made of wood and soft fabrics and perfect for years of play.  We have birthday cakes, pizza, cupcakes, sundaes, tacos and SUSHI!  My daughter has a number of different sets and they have been played with daily for 2+ years.

Puzzles:

Jumbo Knob:  These puzzles are perfect for little hands.  They are made of the same wood as the play food, have bright colors to stimulate little eyes and jumbo knobs that are easy to pick up.  Start teaching your little one about shapes, animals, colors and more with these fun puzzles.

Touch & Feel : Feel the wooly lamb and the feathery duck…just two of the exciting textures to explore on these animal-shaped puzzle pieces! The four wooden pieces of this colorful puzzle will help stimulate sensory discrimination and hand/eye development.

Traditional Puzzles:  Chunky puzzles, floor puzzles, 200 piece puzzles.  From 2 to 200 Melissa and Doug has you covered.  Beautiful illustrations for both boys and girls and fun for the whole family.

Sunny Patch:  Looking for fun in the sun?  Sunny Patch has you covered.  Adorable bubble toys and binoculars will keep kids busy this summer.

I could go on for a while with all of the amazing new toys we have in stock but you should probably just stop by and check them out for yourself.
